Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
By card when you place your order, on Stripe’s secure payment page. The order is shipped within 1 to 2 working days of payment.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes: we email you the tracking number on the day of shipment.
What if I am not at home?
The courier leaves a notice and offers a new delivery. If possible, give an address where someone can receive the parcel.
Has your parcel arrived damaged?
Take photos, if possible report it to the courier, and write to us as soon as you can: we will find a solution. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
